The UP Program is a non-profit mentoring program whose mission is he empower transitioning foster youth through programs that offer individualized support, education and integration with the community resources to become full independent young adults. Each year approximately 1,500 youth leave the Foster Care System, without the skills necessary for independence. Join them at this event to learn how you can help.
