For our first program of 2017, we are thrilled to welcome Chuck Wilson back to Brazos County!
A businessman and native of Waco, Texas, Chuck entered the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) as a case officer, eventually working his way up deputy chief of station in Africa. Along with his unit, he received a presidential citation and the award of "Human Intelligence Collector of the Year" for his role in the 1994 capture of international terrorist Ilich Ramirez Sanchez, AKA "Carlos the Jackal."
Since his retirement from the CIA, Chuck has been actively involved in Republican politics. Most recently, he was elected by the delegates of Senate District 22 at the Republican Party of Texas State Convention to serve as the SD-22 Committeeman for the Senate Republican Executive Committee (SREC).
Chuck is the first of many GREAT programs we have planned for 2017 - help us welcome him back to Bryan/College Station with the first program of the year!
